These Terms & Conditions, together with any and all other documents referred to herein, set out the terms under which Goods are sold by Us through this website (www.Antivirus-Store.net). Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully and ensure that you understand them before ordering any Goods from Our Site. You will be required to read and accept these Terms and Conditions when ordering Goods. If you do not agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions, you will not be able to order Goods through Our Site. These Terms & Conditions, as well as any and all Contracts are in the English language only.

• We make all reasonable efforts to ensure that all descriptions and graphical representations of Goods available from Us correspond to the actual Goods. Please note, however, the following – images of Goods are for illustrative purposes only.
• We make all reasonable efforts to ensure that all prices shown on Our Site are correct at the time of going online. We reserve the right to change prices and to add, alter, or remove special offers from time to time and as necessary. All pricing information is reviewed and updated every daily. Changes in price will not affect any order that you have already placed.
• We neither represent nor warrant that Goods will be available. Stock indications are notprovided on Our Site.

Our Site will guide you through the ordering process. Before submitting your Order to Us you will be given the opportunity to review your Order and amend it. Please ensure that you have checked your Order carefully before submitting it.

1. Each product has an “Add to Cart” button to add the product into the cart. Of course, you can repeat the “Add to Cart” process until you have put into the cart all of the products you intend to buy. Then click the “Cart” button. On the “Cart” page, you can see all the selected products you have added into the cart. You can change the quantity of the selected products (increase or decrease it), remove a specific product, etc. You can also enter a discount code (coupon code) on this page, if you have one, of course. By clicking the “Payment” or “Go to Payment” button, you move to the payment option or to the beginning of the buying process.
2. You can make your purchase as a guest (in which case you have to re-enter your data with each purchase), or you can register a new user account. If you had already registered it, just log in, and the system will detect you and display your existing data (name, surname, address, delivery address …). When entering your information, please, be careful and accurate; this will prevent any delivery delays due to an incorrectly entered address, or prevent us to fail to verify your order and notify you of the pending product or delivery due to an incorrect phone number or e-mail address.
3. The next step is to choose the method of payment for your order. At present, you can choose to pay by bank transfer, various credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express), and Paypal. In order to continue your purchase, in this step, you have to confirm (tick) to have read and agreed with our General Terms and Conditions, and then click the “Buy and Pay” button.
4. A page will display, thanking you for your purchase and containing the data about your order number, date, amount, and the selected payment method.
5. To the e-mail address you indicated, you will receive a notification of your purchase, containing the products and quantities you had chosen, and other information. When we accept your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation, which also confirms that we have accepted your order.
6. This message contains all the information about your order. If you have chosen a bank transfer (pro forma invoice) as the method of payment, then transfer the indicated final amount, including VAT, to our transaction (bank) account, and enter your order number under the “subject” or “reference”.

At this stage, the contract for the purchase of the ordered products between the buyer and the vendor is irrevocably concluded.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a legal right to a “cooling off” period within which you can cancel the Contract for any reason. This period begins once your Order is complete and We have sent you your Dispatch Confirmation, i.e. when the Contract between you and Us is formed.

Cancelling and Refunds for Digital Goods / Digital Licenses

For all Goods detailed as “Electronic Software Download” or “ESD”, you confirm and give your consent to lose your 14 day right to cancel as detailed in the ‘Consumer Contracts Regulations’ due to the nature of the item being an digital download service and due to exposure of the digital license authentication key code being deemed as perishable.

You agree that in the case of “Electronic Software Download – ESD” Goods, you are agreeing and consenting to receiving your order digitally, via e-mail and as an instant download.

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing Our obligations where that failure or delay results from any cause that is beyond Our reasonable control. Such causes include, but are not limited to: power failure, internet service provider failure, strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, riots and other civil unrest, fire, explosion, flood, storms, earthquakes, subsidence, acts of terrorism (threatened or actual), acts of war (declared, undeclared, threatened, actual or preparations for war), epidemic or other natural disaster, or any other event that is beyond Our reasonable control.

Your satisfaction is key to us and we always welcome feedback from our customers. Whilst we always strive to ensure that your experience as a customer of ours is a positive one, We nevertheless want to hear from you if you have any complaints or issues.

All complaints are handled in accordance with our complaints handling policy and procedure, available by email at info@antivirus-store.net.

We may transfer (assign) Our obligations and rights under these Terms and Conditions (and under the Contract, as applicable) to a third party (this may happen, for example, if We sell Our business). If this occurs, you will be informed by Us in writing. Your rights under these Terms and Conditions will not be affected and Our obligations under these Terms and Conditions will be transferred to the third party who will remain bound by them.
